Boathouses
Every county writes the rules differently. Size, setback and whether the roof can become a deck all change with the shoreline you are on. We know which questions to ask before anything gets drawn.
Bunkhouses
Guest space that takes the full setback, not the boathouse exemption. Whether it gets a bathroom is a site decision, not a fixture decision, and it changes everything about where it can sit.
